The gold standard for notarised documents is to have a notarial certificate on the front and to have every page signed. If your document has only been stamped by the notary on every page then the document will need to have numbered pages to be bound by DFAT. If the pages are not numbered and not signed then the apostille stamp or authentication will go on the back of the page where the notary has put their seal.

Some clients will not mind where the apostille stamp or authentication is put and others certainly will. Getting every page signed is the best way to get your document bound together by DFAT.
